There are social, cultural, and unearthly influences not only on categoricalhews behavior but in any case on his personal ethics, and there is a reciprocal slipstream between his behavior and attitudes. Matthew used cognitive dissonance ashes to rationalize his behavior because he was uncomfortable with his last, and felt guilt, anger, and counterpoint at not being able to come up with a different outcome. Matthew was sure that this termination was the right decision for his family.
